What's your view on censorship? I do not think that there should be any, at most, little cencorship at all. Basically, pointless morals that are built on stupid unwritten laws, somehow affect what certain people can or can't see. For example, is it written ANYWHERE that swearing is bad? No, it's not, but it just "is" how fucked is that? Ok, so you censor b00bs on TV so kiddies can't see them during the day, okay, but isn't that the same thing if you saw a naked person on the street? (I know it's illegal in some areas/countries but still). I don't get the point of swear words is either. Pretty much everyone swears, try to tell me your kids have never heard a swear word in their life. And if they did, what happened to them? Nothing.

I see your point there. I really don't mind censorship, and I guess I really don't mind... non-censorship.

I do know this two year old though that learned fuck and it was every other word out of his mouth. Although in a world where no one cared about swears he could have been saying "pudding" and gotten the same reaction.

So yeah, I'm kinda neutral. My preschool didn't seem to mind the fact that both the boys and girls bathroom doors were open all the time, even if there was someone in there, so I learned my anatomy at a young age, and look at how I turned out.

... Well at least I'm not perverted.

Censorship of words is just ridicules. I think Frank Zappa said it best. "There just words".

But I do think that some form of Censorship is a good thing, When it comes to things like Porn and Murder, its not aloud on TV. I don't really what that kind of thing on my Monday morning TV. The sex should be allowed after a specified hour. Like 11 at night. Because anyone watching TV that late has been exposed. But if your drop censorship outright, your allowing things like Rape and Murder to find there way onto the airwaves. And I'm not talking about Law and Order. People have and continue to make some pretty fucked up shit. I really don't want to ever see two girls one cup on television. Ever.

So thats my stance. We need censorship of some kind to maintain order and morality in life but the system that we have now it too extreem and is overprotective.
